When will I receive my package?
We are ready to ship in 3-5 business days! This does not include postal transit time which usually takes 3-5 days with First-Class Domestic Shipping. COVID-19 has impacted the USPS system, please be aware of shipping delays.
What shipping materials do you use?
Our packaging is 100% recycled content and/or 100% recyclable or biodegradable! We use biodegradable/water soluble packing peanuts for most orders, and sometimes repurposed paper tissue that we receive from our raw material deliveries. We use recyclable/reusable cardboard boxes for all orders and water-activated tape that is compostable.
Where is my package?
If you think your package may have been lost or stolen, contact your local post office. If no luck, the USPS site can help you file a claim for your missing package. Since we are such a small business, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been declared "Delivered" by the carrier in the United States.
I put in the wrong address, what do I do?
If you gave us the wrong address, and we have already shipped your order, there is nothing we can do until your package is returned to us. Once we receive it, we can issue you a refund to place a new order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, but if you are unsatisfied with your order, please feel free to send us an email at and we will be happy to work something out with you!

We ship to US, Canada and US Territories at a calculated USPS shipping rate.
Please note that there may be significant shipping delays due to
COVID-19 and the lack of USPS funding.
International Shipping Information
We ship internationally at a calculated USPS shipping rate!
Please note that there may be significant delays with international orders due to COVID-19, that can range from two weeks (average) up to two months (at most) if your package is held at customs. We are not responsible for shipping delays that are longer than the USPS stated delivery time. If this is a concern, please contact us prior to your order to arrange other shipping arrangements.
International orders are processed at a postage facility in Carol Stream, Illinois, and your tracking info will say "Delivered" once they receive it. The postage facility will then generate a new international tracking number for you order. If a significant amount of time goes by, please contact us at and we will gladly track your package for you!
Please be aware of customs fees, duties and taxes required by your country for expensive orders. Every country has a price limit for what can get through without customs fees, this is usually for orders of a value under $100, but we cannot guarantnee this is the same for every country, please check your country's guidelines. We are not responsible for import fees.
