Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. But if you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at hello@sustainyourselfshop.com and we will be happy to work something out for you :)

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for our products. However, if a product is damaged, defective, or missing from your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we would be happy to help!

Please note that products damaged in transit are only eligible for replacement if you purchase Route Package Protection with your order (an automatic add-on at checkout).

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost of stolen packages once USPS declares a package as delivered via a tracking number. If your package gets lost or stolen and is never declared as delivered by USPS, we can only send you a replacement if you purchased Route Package Protection at checkout (an automatic add-on).

If you remove Package Protection from your cart and your package gets lost or stolen, we are not liable for replacing it. Missing package claims must be made within 7 days of declared delivery. If 7 days pass, we are not liable for replacing your package, even if Package Protection was purchased. We strongly suggest that you do not place an order during a time that you plan on being away for an extended period of time and not able to retrieve your package once it is delivered. Thank you for your understanding.

Subscription Cancellations

Once a subscription order has been shipped, we cannot offer a refund. Customers receive a subscription order reminder via email a day before a recurring order goes through, and are responsible for contacting us or canceling a recurring subscription before it repeats, if they wish to cancel it. Customers agree to this store policy by placing an order.

Promotions

Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discount codes. For example, if we have a sale, customers cannot use their Rewards Points at checkout or add a free product to their cart (ie: spend X get Y). Only one promotion can be used per order.

I'm shocked at how well this worked for me

I literally don't think I've ever been NOT stinky. My friends in high school would tease me for always carrying a stick of deodorant and using it frequently throughout the day because I always felt like I smelled bad, and as I got older I felt it only got worse. A few months ago I moved south, and it's been so much hotter and I've been sweating so much more I've been stinkier than ever. Long story short, THIS DETOX WORKS!! And this natural deodorant lasts so much longer than any deodorant I've used in the past. I recommend to anyone and everyone. I already got my friends to buy.

I have been using only Sustain Yourself deo for 2+ years now and as someone who sweats (and smells!), I can truly say that their formula, with the Armpit detox to help ease the transition, is an absolute lifesaver. I initially was not convinced I could make the transition to natural deo, but I found their creamy and simple formula to work wonders for me after even just 1 initial detox. I still do a detox a couple times a year to keep myself feeling fresh, and there is enough detox powder for quite a few uses. If you want to switch to natural deo but are on the fence about whether it will truly work for you, I cannot say enough good things about Sustain Yourself and their products. Or if you have tried other natural deodorants, give this one a shot! After 2+ years it still works fantastic for me.
